SIBI Privacy Policy

For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can or potentially can be used on its own or with other information to de-anonymize data or to identify, contact, or locate a single person.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of SIBI, LLC, (“SIBI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) describes (i) the types of information we gather from people who use the SIBI mobile and web applications (the “App”), the sibipro.com website (the “Site”), and all related software and services (together, and collectively with the App and the Site, the “Service”); and (ii) how we use such information. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Policy. When you use the Service, please check the date of this Policy (which appears at the top) and review any changes since the last version.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from you:
- Site Visitors: We collect information about users of the Service of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as hardware capabilities, browser type, location data, language preference, connection speed, referring site, and the date and time of each visit to the Site or other use of the Service.
- Aggregated Statistics: We may collect statistics about the behavior of users of the Service, and we may use these statistics for marketing or internal purposes, as described in Section 3 below. However, we do not disclose Personal Information other than as described in the "Disclosure of personal information," "Disclosure to third parties," and "Disclosure to other users" subsections of Section 2 below.
- Account Information. If you create a SIBI account, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, preferred language, and location/time zone settings, and any other information that may be necessary to complete your account profile (collectively, “Account Information”). The nature of the Account Information we ask you to provide will vary depending on whether you are creating a company account or an individual user account.
- Optional User Information. In addition to Account Information, you may choose to provide additional personal details which may be available to other users of the Service. You are not required to provide this information to use the Service.
- User Content. We may collect and store all multimedia content, including videos, text, data, photographs, graphics, or other information, that you upload, submit, disclose, distribute or otherwise post using the Service (“User Content”).
- Service Content. We may collect and store all multimedia content, including videos, text, data, photographs, graphics, or other information, that service providers upload, submit, disclose, distribute or otherwise post using the Service (“Service Content”). Service Content may include images, videos, or other media content about or related to any property at which a service provider performs work in connection with the Service.
- Third Party Information. We may store certain information from third parties, if necessary to provide the Service.
- Transaction Information. We may collect information about the transactions you conduct through the Service, including, without limitation, third-party invoices and information about your creditworthiness, return rates, and credit accounts (collectively, “Transaction Information”). Transaction Information is collected automatically by the Service every time you use the Service to enter into a transaction and may be linked to your Personal Information.
- Metadata; Geolocation Information. When we receive User Content or Service Content, we may collect, store, and process metadata associated with or embedded in such media (“Metadata”), including GPS coordinates or other geolocation information (“Location Data”) EXIF data, timestamps, and device information.
- Artificial Intelligence Inputs and Outputs. We may also collect information generated by automated or AI-assisted communications sent or received through the Service, and such information may include Personal Information.
- Communications and Support Information. We may collect information from and about communications you send to us through the Service and related channels, including email, SMS/text, chat, Intercom, Slack, mobile applications, customer-support tools, and other communication channels used to provide, support, automate, or document the Service.
2. Use of Personal Information
- Use of your Information in General. We collect information, including anonymous information and Personal Information, to help us provide you information, products, programs, and services that are relevant to you; to constantly improve the features, offerings, and content that we provide through the Service; to personalize content and advertisements provided to you; to determine how you and other users use and respond to the features, offerings, and advertisements available through the Service; to provide you with advertising and offerings from our affiliates or advertising partners targeted to your preferences; and to help offer you other products, programs, or services that may interest you.
- Disclosure of personal information: We disclose Personal Information only to those of our employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know such information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide the Service, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Service, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
